Did you know that all Unit Owners at Harbor Square are required to carry condo owner's insurance?

Section 12.2 of the Declaration (which is, legally, part of the deed) requires that every Owner carry this customary type of insurance. Terminology varies with insurer but homeowner (HO) policies are generally referred to by number. A condominium Owner policy is HO-6. There are all kinds of bells and whistles that can be added to a policy to cover you for any special risks or high value property that you have.  The basic policies are usually inexpensive compared to policies for single family homes.
